Description
ACS is the leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of ignition interlocks, breath alcohol testers and drug testing products. We are looking to add team members who are ambitious, creative, committed and passionate about their work.

We are currently looking to fill an* _
Assembler position_* at our Toronto, ON location. This position will be responsible for the assembly of finished product and or sub-assemblies according to prescribed work instructions.


Responsibilities:

Manually assemble various mechanical components.

Install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, and components to subassemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools

Check final assembly for functionality, labeling and appearance standards

Follow safety rules and company policies

Knowledge of soldering tools is an asset

Other duties as assigned by Production Department Management.


Working Conditions:

Light assembly work in an electronics environment

40 hours per week, overtime as required


Qualifications/ Education:

Must be able to speak, read and write English at a basic level

General assembly experience an asset


On-Site Training Requirements:


  • ERP as required
  • WHMIS
  • ESD
  • Other training as required
