- Ensure the safe operation of equipment; excavator, dozer, backhoe, and loader
- Read and interpret blueprints and contract documents
- Set elevations and grades for roads, underground utilities, and slap prep
- Ensure compliance to WM Safety Standards
- Organize daily activities with crews and subcontractors
- Lead daily site meetings, monitor and record regular activities/ productions
- Ability to problem solve through coordination of Management and engineering
- You are a leader with the ability to coach and train others
- Work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Demonstrate attention to quality and details
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 23 years of work experience in the civil industry
- Valid BC Driver's License
- Must be physically fit and able
- Must be able to fine grade
- Have experience with GPS Grade Systems
- Must be a solid communicator
- Must be comfortable in industrial/civil settings
- Must be a team player

Schedule:
