Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute content marketing strategy, PPC, and SEM initiatives aimed toward increasing brand awareness and inbound leads.
  • Develop marketing material, including Ads, promotions & brochures.
  • Managing the development of websites, digital tools, and properties, including UI design (using HTML/CSS) and CMS use for updates and content management.
  • Analyzing and reporting on digital performance (SEM, SEO, and other engagement metrics), and providing executivelevel reports monthly.
  • Ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve website and digital property performance.
  • SEO activities, completing performance audits, developing, and carrying out strategy to increase performance and reach goals.
  • Working with external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a relevant field.
  • 35 years of experience in a performancedriven digital marketing role.
  • Handson experience with SEO/SEM, WordPress, and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in understanding Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and, Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Indepth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • An interest in learning proprietary digital platforms.
  • Intermediate coding experience with HTML/CSS predominantly on WordPress.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
  • Portfolio of visual content, including UI design, print design, and other marketing collateral.
