We are looking for a Financial Analyst that lives our core values being Caring, Accountable, Responsive, Innovative and Community-minded. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting information for the Company. The successful applicant's primary responsibility will be to maintain and audit all accounts and expenditures.

Responsibilities:

Lead monthend close procedures for accurate financial reporting.
Conduct intercompany reconciliations to ensure transactional accuracy.
Prepare and maintain lead sheets for key accounts.
Preparation and filing of tax compliance documents
Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate variances and discrepancies.
Assist in financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS GP).
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
