We are seeking a
Marketing Student for our
Toronto district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for
4 month or 8 months starting September 3rd, 2024.

As a
Marketing Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the production and distribution of various visual materials for internal and external audiences, including photography, graphic design, page layout, and video
Reviewing and editing various internal documents and marketing related material
Writing copy for marketing materials, project profiles, resumes, award submissions, notes to staff, proposals, etc.
Providing support to the Marketing team, as required
Special assignments, as require

Qualifications:

Strong writer and skilled editor
Graphic design skills
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Highly organized selfstarter
Excellent computer, word processing, desktop publishing, and researching skills
Confidentiality
Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of social media and how to integrate it into the business process
Photography and video production skills considered an asset
Efficient, enthusiastic and flexible
