Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform account analysis
  • Prepare financial reports and statements as needed
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Utilize accounting software (such as Xero or Sage) to perform daily tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, Sage, etc.)
  • Familiarity with bank reconciliation and account analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
$25.00-$28.68 per hour
