Description

The Conpute Laptop/ipad repair technician is responsible for assessing, repairing, and providing quality control of repairs for our customers devices.

Repair Technician Job Duties:

Provide support and solutions for a wide range of technical issues with laptops, chromebooks and ipads
Repair and upgrade hardware and software
Research online for parts required to perform repair
Update work orders in the ticketing system
Performs manual packaging including making boxes, and inserting completed product into box and packers
Support the efforts of other team members
Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
Lifting or moving up to 50lbs
Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum 1yr experience in laptop hardware repair or break/fix environment

- working knowledge of Lenovo, Apple products is Preferred.

Minimum high school diploma
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge to do data entry (Internet, Excel, and Word knowledge is preferred)
Ability to pay close attention to detail
