Description

We are a well established structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator located in Surrey, British Columbia.

We provide our customers with structural and miscellaneous steel for various projects in Canada and the United States, including British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii.

Required experience:

2+ years shipping/receiving
Forklift experience/license, loading/unloading trucks
High attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:

Coordinate and prioritize shipping tasks
Excellent communication skills
Capable of working in a very fast paced environment
Experience with structural steel an asset (not mandatory)
Willing to work overtime when required

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with shipping documentation and maintain records as required
Organize/stage materials in the shipping yard
Assist Head Shipper in yard control/identification of material incoming and outgoing
Load outgoing trailers accurately and safely in a timely fashion to meet site delivery requirements

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$30.01 per hour
