    Description

    As an inside sales assistant, you will be responsible for managing financing requests from our BtoB customers, coming from our equipment reseller partners.

    Your role will be to efficiently process financing requests within established deadlines, communicate professionally by telephone and email, and find solutions tailored to customer needs.

    Your ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, quickly analyze situations and prioritize actions will be key skills to excel in this position.


    • Base salary: $53,000 to $55,000 annually
    • Bonus 1: 020% of salary depending on the achievement of objectives Bonus 2: Team bonus

    • Location:Tour Solar du Dix30 with access to the REM

    Responsibilities

    • Process financing requests from B2B customers within 30 minutes per request
    • Communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers and reseller partners
    • Find solutions adapted to customer needs and ensure quality service
    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while respecting established priorities
    • Contribute to business development and company growth
    Qualifications

    • Fluency in oral and written French and English
    • Excellent communication skills and sense of customer service
    • Strong organizational, analytical and priority management skills
    • Versatility, team spirit and willingness to learn new skills
    • Prior experience in financial analysis or support for SMEs (an asset)
