Description
Responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department and assisting the Executive Housekeeper as required

  • Inspect assigned areas in order to provide feedback to management and employees on the cleanliness and maintenance of those areas against standards
  • Produce schedules for employees in accordance with staffing guides/productivity requirements.
  • Review and adjust staffing daily to ensure optimum staffing levels. Review assignments of employees and make adjustments as required
  • Conduct daily pre shifts and room assignments
  • Communicate throughout the day with Front Office, Housekeeping Office and other departments to ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • Monitor consumption and order replacement of guest and cleaning supplies
  • Manage administrative functions as required
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper
  • Must speak, read and write in the primary language used in the workplace
  • English
  • Must have prior Hotel Housekeeping Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of the Opera PMS system is preferred

Job Types:

Salary:
$48,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
