Description
Endeavor continuously to maximize hotel occupancy, total revenue, and average transient rate. Emphasize any incentive programs to all staff

  • Review all Guest Services work to ensure proper procedures and handling has occurred. Ensure deficiencies are corrected appropriately and immediately. Bring deficiencies to the attention of the employees and then conduct follow through to ensure it was completed.
  • Assess Guest complaints / problems taking proper, prompt, and effective corrective action to ensure the best possible satisfaction to our Guests. Upgrade and send amenities in those instances when it is deemed probable that this will placate the Guest and log where necessary
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace (ENGLISH).
  • Must have previous experience managing in a unionized environment.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader with mínimal direct supervision.
  • Must possess professional supervisory and management skills to communicate and express ideas and directives clearly to employees including the ability to conduct and issue disciplinary procedure.
  • Prepare and coordinate airline & group arrivals.
  • Assist with check in, check out and luggage when required.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
