What will you bring to our team?

In this role, you will:

Lead a team responsible for developing conceptual layouts for aircraft Airframes
Collaborate with various departments to ensure project viability within set constraints
Generate design studies using 3D modeling
Provide technical solutions for design and manufacturing challenges
Support engineering and operations departments
Manage design changes and ensure project objectives are met
Coordinate with external partners and provide necessary documentation
Communicate effectively across all levels within the organization

Qualifications for success in this role

Our ideal candidate will have:

A degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of aircraft structures and installation
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes and systems operation
Proficiency in CATIA V5, Enovia, and MS Office
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Fluency in English, with knowledge of French as a bonus
