    Job Title: Director of Operations at 53 North Collection

    At Crescent Hotels & Resorts, we are a team of hospitality professionals proud of the exceptional experiences provided for our guests. At 53 North Collection, we're searching for a new team member to lead our Operations team at the Matrix, Metterra and Varscona Hotels.

    Responsibilities:

    As the Director of Operations, you will provide leadership to the operations team, supporting the General Manager in developing and implementing property-wide strategies. You will oversee guest and employee satisfaction, project management, financial performance, and revenue generation.

    Requirements:

    Keen eye for detail and empowering coaching mentality. 3 to 5 years of experience as a hotel General Manager or equivalent. Experience with project management on large scale renovations.

    Qualifications:

    Previous General Manager experience required
