    Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Clerk assists with full-cycle accounting processes.

    The position holder would work closely with various project managers, prepares their client invoices, processes payments from clients, and manages overdue accounts and collection activity.

    This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build their accounting career and take it to the next level.

    Support and manage accounts receivable for collections communication and tracking on past due invoices
    Sends reminder notices and contacts overdue accounts as required.
    Processes the day's payments and updates accounts receivable.
    Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
    two years of full-cycle accounting experience
    Excellent proficiency with productivity software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    Strong skills in using accounting software applications (preferably Deltek andPower BI)
