Analyst General/Technical Coordination

Job Summary:

Our client in Oakville, ON is looking for an Analyst General/Technical Coordination. This is a contract position.

What You Will Do:

Policy manual.
Warranty guides.
Dealership warranty labour rates.

Follow internal processes to ensure achievement of company goals and objectives.

Basics:

Applicant must be bilingual with excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot using established procedures and policies as guidelines.
Bilingual (French/English an asset).
Automotive Dealership, Competitive Manufacturer or other repair shop experience an asset.
Licenced Technician an asset, minimum High school diploma.

Preferred:

Warranty Administration/Dealership Service department experience.
Dealership experience or other OEM an asset.
Technical certification/college degree.
