What will I be doing?

The Hilton Sales Associate will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Sales Managers as well as the Director of Corporate Sales.

This Team Member will also be responsible for building SRP's, files, Coordination and BEO development for Elopements, contact with corporate and social clients in the absence of the manager, and setting up reservations using ONQ.

Other tasks include, processing Hilton HHonors points for clients and Personal Online Group Web Pages, and inputting information into Delphi.

This Team Member will ensure the satisfaction of our guests by fulfilling their requests such as, gift certificates, donations and amenity requests.

This Team Member will also conduct site inspections and set up for VIP sites, ensuring all guests feel cared for, valued and respected.

The Sales Associate will also have project assignments as deemed necessary by any member of the sales team and future opportunities to sell into an entry level sales market.

Skills

  • Previous Sales Experience Required
  • Sales and Marketing Diploma is an asset
  • Attentive, pleasant and conscientious
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Problem Solving Ability
  • Previous guest service experience in hotel setting

Requirements:

Must be able to able all shifts including weekends and holidays:

  • Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)
