What will I be doing?

The
Breakfast at Hilton
Host(ess)/Cashier will be responsible for greeting Guests in a prompt and courteous manner maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude while also accepting reservations.

This Team Member will also be responsible for taking payment, via cash, credit or debit and thanking all Guests for visiting the restaurant.

The Host(ess)/Cashier should be knowledgeable about
Breakfast at Hilton and different food items available, while also answering Guest inquiries about the restaurant.

The Host(ess)/Cashier will make Guests feel valued, cared for and respected and will be responsible for all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Experience

Cash handling experience is an asset

Skills

Team work oriented
Strong Guest service skills
Superb interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving ability
Positive and professional attitude

Requirements:

Must have full availability, and flexibility to work any scheduling shift
Must be available weekends, long weekends, holidays
Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel's satisfaction.
