- Conduct needs assessments to identify new opportunities for process improvement and innovation with a focus on automation
- Work with the GBIEOS Leadership Team to provide recommendations into our strategy
- Develop and maintain processes that increase productivity, create efficiency, and encourage consistency conveyed via different mediums (WIKI page, Sharepoint, e-learning modules, job aids, WRIKE templates, etc.)
- Maintain and deliver training as needed; coach & mentor IPMs through new situations; run workshops to keep IPMs up to date on new or evolving product changes
- Provide quality control support as needed
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to share best practices within GBIEOS and with our business partners
- Expand our support metrics, track and report on our performance and productivity
- Lead key initiatives by identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and managing the end-to-end delivery
- Research any organizational dysfunction and provide solutions for improvement
- Represent GBIEOS on cross-functional projects for new products, services, and process improvement initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of experience directly dealing with clients and internal business partners
- Strong knowledge of Group Benefit products, services, and systems; particularly projects managed by GBIEOS
- Ability to learn and/or develop new technology quickly and incorporate into our inventory
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure processes
- Self-starter who takes initiative, probes for root-cause and drives for solutions
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize activities independently
- Ability to manage through influence and collaborate to achieve goals
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
- Green belt certification
- PMP, GBA or CEBS designation

:Reporting to the Director, GB Implementation, Enrolment & Outsourced Services (GBIEOS), this Senior Business Consultant joins an innovative and dynamic team that solves problems, creates value by handing a high volume of initiatives, and maximizes business efficiency by supporting Implementation Project Managers in achieving their objectives and enabling a strong performing employee environment.
The role is primarily responsible for process development & improvements, training, coaching/mentoring, quality control, cross business unit projects, and building tools focused on automation opportunities to enhance both client and employee experience.
