About the Opportunity


We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and energetic full-time
Project Manager to join our team in
Kitchener, ON (hybrid). You will need to be prepared to travel to various locations and work varying hours as required.


Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and working under the guidance of the Production Director, you will work with our team creative and production professionals, external vendors, and our clients on a variety of creative projects.

You will be responsible for coordinating all assigned projects through to completion, while helping ensuring client satisfaction.

You will also work to keep project teams informed - proactively identifying challenges and opportunities, as well as identifying and implementing solutions collaboratively.

Your duties will also include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with Producers and Account Managers to create and maintain project plans, as well as monitoring budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring all project documentation is kept up to date and filed.
  • Liaising with our Production Director and Project Management team to help inform resource scheduling and coordination across the company, as well as assessing and helping to manage scope change requests.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, deadlines, and needs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, while helping to maintain internal quality and creative standards.

About You


To qualify, you'll need
1-3+ years of successful project management or coordination experience as part of a creative or media production agency or marketing department.

You also possess
post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.

The following skills and experience are also required:

  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methods and tools, including planning, tracking, and budgeting _(Project Management Certification is considered an asset, but not required)._
  • Thorough understanding and experience in executing both traditional and digital communications projects in a creative agency, production company, or internal marketing department.
  • Selfmotivated and detail oriented with the ability to work equally well independently and as part of a diverse creative team.
  • Excellent team coordination skills with the ability to keep project stakeholders organized and on track.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing projects and tasks.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and within production detailed schedules.
  • Strong customer service, relationship management, and teamwork mindset.
  • Ability to understand and respond well to feedback and criticism.
  • Strong collaborative problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English written, verbal and presentation (_Bilingual in French is considered an asset, but not required)._
  • Class G driver's license and the ability to travel to locations not served by public transportation.

About the Benefits


As a valued member of our team, you can expect salary between
$47,000 to $55,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
