Digital Support Specialist
As the Digital Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the BSS Technical team and by providing pre-sales support to Sales and Solutions Consultants regarding software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide network support to customers
- Install Canon and 3rd Party software solutions for customers and provide support
- Provide thirdlevel support to Technicians in the field
- Install and support software in BSS and BICG showrooms
- Support Solutions Consultants with presale functions in order to develop customer solutions and scope of work
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Post Secondary education in Electronics or Computer Science
- 58 years of related work experience
- Microsoft MCSE certification or equivalent
- Strong computer and technical skills to have an indepth knowledge of all Microsoft technologies, Mac OS, Linux, and Unix in order to install and connect Canon solutions
- Experience with Canon imageWARE Products and software solutions
- Excellent equipment operation skills
- Superb analytical skills to troubleshoot network and software issues
- Strong process and project management skills in order to develop scopes of work, installation plans, and coordinate with various business units and customers
