Pest Control Technician | Humane Solutions Inc


About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on pest control tech.

Tasks range from trap management to assessments and inspections, to insect control.


Training & Support:


  • Our technicians need to think practically, act ethically, and show up ready to work effectively bring your skills, and our team of internationally educated wildlife scientists and seasoned managers will fill in any gaps.
  • Within a few weeks, regardless of your background, you will be flying through the basic tasks.

Requirements:


  • A valid structural pesticide license
  • Residential and commercial insect control experience
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Experience within skilled trades, handy person

Tasks:


  • Rodent management trap checks (no rodenticides/glue boards)
  • Servicing premium commercial clients
  • Inspections and site assessments
  • Regular work performed on ladders, roofs and in confined spaces
  • Maintain communication with the office throughout the day
  • Provide excellent customer service

Wage:

$23-30/hour starting, depending on experience and following any necessary training/probation period.
