    About the Program

    PACE (Program for Academic Coaching and Enrichment) focuses on math and literacy support for children in KG to Grade 12. PACE is designed to empower our young leaders of tomorrow by developing their academic skills, growing their confidence, and improving their resilience.

    About the Role

  • Manage and support needs of the PACE center and staff (ensure centre opens on time, is set up, appropriately equipped, runs with high quality and take down)
  • Ensure appropriate awareness of learning centers to the Jamat via announcements, word of mouth and recruitment
  • Stay up-to-date with online registration
  • Submit attendance
  • Ensure appropriate staffing needs and requirements are met on functional days
  • Remind families to submit online payment – children are not fully registered until payment has been made
  • Attend conference calls with the Primary and Secondary Board Members
  • Ensure needs/purchasing supplies/expenses of each month and submission of expenses to the Primary and Secondary Board Members
