BeBee Professionals is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in a similar role.
The candidate should also have a strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
The IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for responding to inquiries from users, diagnosing technical issues, and providing solutions.The successful candidate will also be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshooting system and network problems, and monitoring performance.
