Qualifications:

5+ years civil construction experience
10+ years' experience operating heavy equipment
Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50lbs on a regular basis
Willing to work out of town as required
Ability to work long hours with some weekends and overtime
Must comply with KLS' zero tolerance policy and complete the preemployment drug & alcohol and fit testing
Strong critical thinking, trouble shooting and problemsolving skills
Must have a clean driving record and provide commercial drivers abstract with resume
