As a Sales Associate, you'll be a trusted leader who takes pride in the brand, product, store and team to deliver a compelling shopping experience.

Qualifications:

A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals
Passionate about retail and thrive in a fastpaced environment
Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, evenings, overnight and weekends
Able to utilize retail technology

What You'll Do:

Create an exceptional customer experience and ensure every customer leaves satisfied
Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures
Ensure the established merchandising practices are followed
Ensure store cleanliness
Maximize personal sales at all opportunities
