    Account Executive (AECO) – Ontario – Richmond Hill

    We are looking to fill the position of an Account Executive in our growing AECO sales team.

    The Account Executive is tasked with driving continued growth within an existing customer base and spearheading new customer development for Ontario-based accounts. Their primary focus involves cultivating sales for consulting services and software solutions, while also reinforcing connections with established clients. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional service, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Renewal Specialists, Customer Success Representatives, and professional services to understand and meet client needs effectively. Success in this role hinges on exceptional communication, interpersonal finesse, outstanding organizational abilities, and the ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure work environments.

    In this role, you will:

    • Plan and execute selling strategies to grow the revenue base and to form strong relationships with customers, partners, and other internal sales teams.
    • Attend customer meetings, events and training.
    • Collaborate with marketing and team members to run/attend events in line with company growth strategies, become familiar with sales promotions, and guide business planning on an ongoing basis.
    • Act as a representative of SolidCAD and give presentations to client groups.
    • Foster strong workplace relationships to create a positive work environment.

    Document and track activities and contacts utilizing Salesforce (or another CRM) and regularly update sales forecasts

    About you:

    Demonstrate 3-5+ years of accomplished software sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Excellentcommunication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with the ability to articulate compelling ideas
    • Team player and time manager who possesses proven organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a sales environment
    • An energetic and talented individual who loves to sell.

    • Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Geomatics experience
    • Field of Study: Engineering, Business, Sales or similar.
    • Knowledge acquired in engineering services is a value
