    About the Role:

    Testimonial Hero is looking for a strategic and persuasive Account Executive with a hunter mentality who brings forward and executes new ideas to generate new business for Testimonial Hero.

    You are a curious, thoughtful, and consultative seller who has an interest in understanding marketing and selling to marketers.

    As part of the Revenue Team, you'll own a portion of all new business and will be a key strategic partner to both inbound and outbound leads.

    Your Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills to nurture quality relationships with prospective customers.
    • Exceptional ability to ask penetrating questions to truly understand client pains and needs and design effective solutions.
    • A curious and consultative approach to selling with a keen focus on understanding the prospect's business case
    • Innate drive to achieve your objectives. You want to take initiative, tackle new obstacles, and solve problems.
    • Strong negotiator. You know how to deftly handle objections and negotiate in a positive manner with prospective customers.
    • Hunter. Comfortable generating your own pipeline in addition to marketing-sourced pipeline.
    • Strategic thinker who enjoys designing sales strategies and processes.
    Your Responsibilities:
    • Guide prospects from lead to close with highly thought out preparation, execution, and follow up.
    • Actively prepare for and engage in all sales-related meetings and training sessions.
    • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
    • Maintain monthly sales forecasts and all sales databases necessary to accurately report sales activity and customer information.
    • Create detailed business plans designed to attain and exceed quota and goals.
    • Close net new business at or above quota level.
    • Run intro, strategy, and proposal review calls with prospects.
    • Source and prospect to build your own pipeline in addition to inbound leads.
    • Be a key strategic partner on crafting outbound messaging and strategies.
    • Refine, iterate, and improve our sales methodology and processes by analyzing data and thinking strategically
    Your Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of net new closing experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven planning and strategic-thinking ability.
    • Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency.
    • Ability to thrive in a small team with a highly dynamic work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution.
    • Bonus: You have experience in and/or a passion for marketing or have sold to marketers before
