JOB SUMMARY


Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, the Concierge is responsible for taking care of guests' special requests and acting as an in-house expert on restaurants, events and resources.

The Concierge also liaises with the restaurant to arrange all amenities and package needs, as well as maintaining a network of contacts throughout the city to support in their daily functions.

The concierge meets and exceed customer expectation by providing excellence, customer focus and commitment.

This position is schedule 3 days a week, 10 hours per day.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Must be able to write and speak both French and English
  • Thorough knowledge of the city, its restaurants, attractions and surrounding areas
  • Previous customer service and concierge experience an asset
  • Initiative and creativity; able to organize, prioritize and multitask
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Clefs d'or keys an asset
  • Good computer knowledge; knowledge of the Opera program an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
