Description

CentiMark Ltd is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team. For over 25 years, CentiMark Ltd has been growing its operation through Canada as well as its workforce. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial roofing industry.

Responsibilities:

Creating and processing service work orders
Issue invoices
Process vendor invoices for payment
Maintaining and managing documents/reports in MS Excel
Support management with daytoday business needs
Other duties as required

Job Requirements

Minimum 1year office administrative experience (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet
Organizational and data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills combined with tact and diplomacy skills when dealing with customers, staff and managers
Selfstarter, with a willingness to learn, who is capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Effective time management and problemsolving skills
Flexibility and adaptability to manage various tasks and timelines
Working experience with SAP would be an asset
