Norseman Structures has been in the protection and shelter business for over 100 years, starting with the fabrication of outfitter and exploration tents in the 1920s.

Today we deliver a wide variety of ShelterSolutions to customers in virtually every industry, in a variety of climates, anywhere in the world.

The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for a wide range of internal and external audiences to support Norseman Structures' operational plan, business goals, strategic objectives and brand awareness goals.

The team manages Norseman's reputation; brand stewardship, social and digital media, event planning, media relations, marketing outreach and audience engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Content Coordinator works with colleagues from across Norseman Structures to improve the digital user experience.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of our overall online presence.
Support the integration of our CRM and digital channels (intranet, social media, web activity).
Develop and maintain webpages, social media posts, case studies, user manuals, newsletter articles, sales collateral, product releases, event recruitment materials, and more.
Collaborate with other Norseman Structures teams to coordinate brand awareness and brand portfolio marketing.

Qualifications

University Degree in marketing, or communications with emphasis on digital marketing

years experience of executing SEO strategies and analytics

Web development experience HTML/CSS/SQL/Python/Javascript
Excellent knowledge of social and digital marketing platforms and tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Podcast services, Adobe Creative Cloud, SalesForce, Hubspot, and more)
CRM and Salesforce experience is an asset

Personal Skills:

Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to dig extensively into metrics and analytics.
Wellorganized and detail oriented.
