Brand Care Coordinator
Shift Monday to Friday - flexibility in scheduling (weekends)

We looking for an energetic and dynamic Brand Care Coordinator who is looking for an exciting career with a world-wide fashion leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform regular quality checks on the production floor to ensure production meets client's standards for accuracy, etc.
Record and report on the outcomes of the quality audits to the Supervisor.
Participate in writing and maintaining Client Specifications following quality control guidelines.
Work closely with all departments to ensure staff are working in compliance with client expectations.
Provide recommendations for process improvement to reduce cost and improve quality.
Assist with the preparation of external quality audits.
Assist in creating and maintaining an environment that promotes positive communication within the facility as well as fostering teamwork within the operation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Training ecommerce distribution center's team from beginning to end, according to the client's quality expectations and adjusting training processes based on needs.
Creating, adapting and carrying out training programs and transmitting the correct philosophy of product care, quality, and image.
Updating training manuals, always maintaining the client's leve of expectations.
Responsible for creating and implementing a daily reporting system, gathering data across areas and shifts based on quality performance, error tracker, training tracker,customer claims, tidiness, and cleanliness.
Responsible for all consumables on hand, coordinating needs, calculation and order placing.
Contributing to building and maintaining a team that is responsible of product care and training within the distribution center.
Responsible for total quality across all shifts, areas, and processes.
Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and effectively.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Completion of secondary school.
College diploma in logistics management is preferred.
3PL experience would be an asset.
E-Commerce experience is an asset.
Flexible to work overtime when required.
Experience in fashion retail is a plus

Solid working knowledge of Windows, Excel, and
Power Point

Problem solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions.
Ability to maintain professional standards of personal presentation, in order to represent the image of the brand.
Fluent in English.
