Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor welcomes the general public to events. Scans or tears tickets, distributes programs, answers general questions from the audience, assists in the clean up of receptions, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and locating such facilities as rest rooms and telephones. This may also include scanning vaccination passes and checking ID's. Enforces concert protocol, remains attentive, visible and approachable by clients at all times. The list of functions outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by an incumbent
