- Based in Brampton Ontario, you will be responsible to support the project management team. You will develop different tools to track suppliers, identify recurring issues and support the different initiatives to reduce those._
As part of your job, you will be asked to:
- Lead project closure activities (documentation and communication)
- Automate of various reports to reduce nonadded value activities
- Track hours spent on the project, analyze variances, and assess impact
- Analyze current project closure processes, propose, and implement improvements
- Capture lessons learned and implemented them of other projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Studying for
a bachelor in project management, finance, administration, or other related field: - Be
in the last year of bachelor's degree or enrolled in a Master Degree Program: - Have a good knowledge of Excel software (pivot, vlookup, etc.)
- Demonstrate a sense of initiative, organized, meticulous and resourceful.
- Have a team and analytical spirit and be flexible
- Good communication skills in English written and spoken. French is an asset.
