Shift:
Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 1:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data input and tracking.
Appointment Scheduling.

PO management

Printing, scanning, tracking.
Yard Flow management.
Scheduling live load and inbound freight carriers.
Adheres to the mission and cornerstone values and applicable practices of the organization.
Maintain peer relationships in the field to share issues and ideas.
Excellent knowledge of the Warehouse Management System and Onbase.
Ability to execute tasks in all warehouse environments at the Ajax Distribution Centre.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to work independently and within a team environment.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a high level of accuracy and followthrough on given tasks.
Must have exceptional problem solving abilities.
Excellent Attendance is an asset.
Proficiency in WMS, Onbase is an asset.
Must exhibit professional communication with a focus on developing strong relationships with both internal and external customers
