Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker to oversee the management and cleanliness of our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our environment remains safe, clean, and well-maintained for staff and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks across common areas, including amenity rooms, restrooms, gym, etc.
- Conduct commercial cleaning to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Monitor the condition of equipment and fixtures, reporting any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas as needed
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and maintenance tools are properly stored and maintained
- Assist with special projects related to facility improvements or upgrades
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, or facilities maintenance, or management preferred
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation
- Prior experience in facilities management or maintenance is a plus

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
