Mississauga Admin Coordinator

As the Operations Admin Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating between departments, analzying metrics, supporting Human Resources, managing projects and completing admin related tasks.
This role is to aid in the coordination of departments, efficiency in administration, implementation of projects and fostering of company culture.
Duties
- Strategize an implementation plan for enhancing our Customer Service Department's efficiency
- Announce and celebrate staff anniversaries, birthdays, and maintain consistent communication within Canaray's internal chat system
- Maintain and optimize internal employee management systems
- Rebuild and improve our internal documentation system for enhanced accessibility and efficiency
- Create and review employee documentation program to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Facilitate communication between departments and provide managers with reliable support
- Play a key role in cultivating Company Culture by engaging with employees and recognizing exceptional staff performance
- Acquire crossfunctional skills across the organization to support diverse business needs
- Monitor internal statistics, metrics, and organize workflows to address absences and maintain productivity levels
- Provide support in the administration of new and existing employees
- Assist management and Human Resources with the employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Ensure the upkeep of Radiation Manuals across all Canaray clinics
- Provide executive assistance to senior leadership, including
- Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and followup actions
- Handling confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion
- Assisting with special projects or initiatives as directed by senior leadership
- Managing and organizing executive filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents
- Coordinating and assisting with events, itineraries, and special projects
- Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Conducting research and compiling data for reports, presentations, or projects as directed by senior leadership
Skills:
- PMP Certification
- Extensive Customer Service experience
- Outstanding interpersonal relationshipbuilding and employee coaching skills
- Excellent conflict management and leadership skills
- Strong problemsolving ability
- Eager to improve, and ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
