EDUCATION

GL-MDO-04:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience related to the field of general labour.


GL-MDO-05; GL-MDO-06:
Possession of a valid unrestricted Class 3 (DZ in Ontario) Driver's License with air brake endorsement valid in the province of work

Possession of a valid unrestricted Class 1 (Class A in Ontario) Driver's License with air brake endorsement valid in the province of work

Degree equivalency


EXPERIENCE

GL-MDO-04:

  • Experience as a labourer;
  • Experience in operating and maintaining various manuals, electric and/or mechanical tools;
  • Experience in operating 5075 HP motorized equipment and vehicles.
GL-MDO-0- Experience operating tractor trailers or highway passenger bus/school bus.


GL-MDO-0- At least two years' experience within the past five years in the operation of a variety of heavy equipment, including but not limited to: Dump Truck, Front End Loader, Bulldozer, Backhoe, Excavator or Grader.


Note:
This specific criteria is for Cargo and Passengers stream only:

At least two years' experience within the past five years operating and driving a tractor trailer and a passengers vehicles rated for 21 passengers or more.
