Are you someone who has great attention to detail and loves working within a dynamic and diverse team environment? STEMCELL Technologies, Canada's largest biotechnology company, is looking for a Program Associate, Product Costing to support the commercialization of products as they move to market.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product commercialization by analyzing product costs, recommending product formats, and raw materials to improve design and optimize cost during product development
  • Identify resource impacts, including process and material, of lifecycle management projects with the relevant designates, including cost analysis
  • Interact with crossdepartmental team members to ensure projects or activities are progressing, including identifying and reporting roadblocks to ensure resolution in a speedtomarket environment
  • Interpret new custom orders, providing cost estimates, and identifying any formulation or format issues
  • As required, coordinate a variety of meetings, projects, and activities related to technology transfer and product commercialization, including tracking and following up on timelines and deliverables, progress reports, agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and database management

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • BSc with 2+ years relevant experience or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Google and MS Office suite of products, particularly Excel
  • Technically savvy, able to quickly learn new systems with great attention to detail
  • Clear, articulate, and professional verbal and written reasoning skills to communicate effectively to audiences across the organization
  • Experience with ERP systems and project coordination experience is an asset
