Overview
Performs general clerical and administrative duties to fulfill the needs of the Sales & Catering Department.


What will you be doing?

  • Handle all administrative functions of the Hotel sales and catering office.
  • Organizing/ Answering sales and catering office incoming and outgoing calls, inquiries, mail and faxing.
  • Respond to client calls and special requests by obtaining final details, dates, times, and hotel room and meeting room requirements. Regularly follow up with clients and maintain accurate and updated information.
  • Preparing and monitoring all group blocks in systems (R&I, Salesforce, ONQ & GRO).
  • Assigning other sales managers with Rooming List and SRPs, Assigning group block guestrooms.
  • Completing departmental reports daily /weekly/ monthly (DRR, Daily Pick Up / Group Arrival Report/ Groups Tracking, Local Tracking / Function Tracking etc.)


  • Monitoring Salesforce /Delphi

  • Key Delphi operatorassist with reporting, updates merge agreements in Delphi, entering turned down business into Delphi.
  • Prepare sales kits and maintain collateral supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 1year experience in a sales office or related field. Some College preferred. Must speak fluent English.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced, stressful environment.
