    Job Description

    Are you a dedicated professional seeking to advance in your career and ready for a new challenge? Do you aspire to lead a dynamic Event Operations Team at AccorHotels, managing a group of 15 leaders and over 100 colleagues? Are you energized by fast-paced days, spontaneity, and meaningful interactions?

    Job Duties Include:

    • Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of over 100 Event Service staff
    • Build strong relationships with all hotel teams to enhance guest experiences
    • Attend pre-conference meetings and collaborate closely with on-site clients
    • Oversee banquet facilities' cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs
    • Manage daily operations in a vast event space
    • Lead performance discussions and one-on-one sessions
    • Coordinate with Conference Services and Culinary teams for seamless event execution
    • Execute tasks as assigned by Event Operations and F&B Directors or Hotel Management
    Qualifications

    Your experience and skills should include:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage Management, preferably in a banquet/event setting at a top-tier property
    • Knowledge of culinary and beverage operations
    • Strong leadership qualities, professionalism, and effective communication skills
    • Proficiency in various software programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and others
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
    • Hospitality or F&B Management degree preferred
    • Familiarity with Fairmont Hotels Sales and Catering System and other related tools a plus
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
