    Site Superintendent (Vancouver)

    We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our expanding team. The role involves managing commercial projects ranging from $1M to $15 million in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

    Requirements

    Personal Characteristics:

    • Independent - communicates effectively with the team and acts authoritatively

    • Administrative - proficient in tracking budgets, change orders, field reports, and more

    • Communicator - excels in communication with subtrades and team
    • Organizer - meticulous in site organization
    • Mobile - flexible in work locations and willing to travel

    Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably as a Site Superintendent
    • Construction knowledge - comprehensive understanding of the construction process

    Responsibilities:

    • Job Site Coordination - ensures smooth project operations daily
    • Subtrade/Supplier Management - oversees construction subtrades and suppliers
    • Project Management Interface - collaborates with the Project Management team
    • Client Interface - maintains positive client relationships
    • Project Documentation - manages project data efficiently
    • Budget Management - monitors and manages project budget effectively
