- Demonstrated experience using Oracle PeopleSoft and applicant tracking system Deltek Talent Acquisition (E-Recruitment);
- Demonstrated experience improving/adapting business systems and processes.
- Experience interpreting, applying, and advising on human resources legislation, collective agreements, policies, and procedures relevant to Yukon government.
