We are looking for an Advisor - Disability Management (dm) to join our team in our quebec or montreal office
As a Consultant - Disability Management (DM), you will be responsible for a large book of clients and autonomously providing support to other advisors in the team

Your day as an Advisor - Disability Management (DM)

  • Manage the design/management of group disability and time off plans for clients: benefit plan analysis including funding, design and cost saving strategies.
  • Handle vendor procurement, negotiation, and optimization
  • Incorporate specialized approaches in health management, absence and disability management, pharmacy, data analytics, and compliance.
  • Lead projects and be the contact for clients on disabilityrelated needs across project plan creations.
  • Monitor projects' progress and guarantee ontime project deliveries: progress against established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and service standards.
  • Develop and implement processes and policies to improve overall client service and support.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities as part of the broader team.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate effectively with businesses across the company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Disability Studies or other relevant major.
  • 10 + years of experience in the design/management of corporate disability plans; or, relevant experience in a role such as a Human Resources role specialized in Compensation and Benefits.
  • CEBS designation or CIP or CDMP, an asset.
  • Ability to travel, as needed;
  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Dynamic and resultsoriented.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
