    • We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in our Montreal office

    As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for in bridging the gap between IT and business needs. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to help achieve business goals.

    Your day as a Business Analyst

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop detailed business cases, requirements documents, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and escalating issues as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users on implemented solutions.

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
