- Administer various aspects of all leave of absences including but not limited to, Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), parental leave, personal health emergency leave, and other company leaves of absence.
- Assists LOA team with employee inquiries, documentation requests, leave extensions, and overall leave tracking in coordination with third party administrator.
- Processes and Track LOA statuses in Oracle HCM.
- Communicate LOA details regularly and accurately with Payroll and Benefits
- Communicate with the employee, third party administrators, manager, and HR Business Partner throughout the leave process regarding eligibility, approval, return to work process, and extension. Qualifications:
- Requires extensive knowledge of leave of absences, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, CA State Disability Insurance, CA Paid Family Leave, and other applicable state and federal laws
- Requires years' experience in Leave of Absence, ADA, and Workers Compensation Administration
- Excellent oral and written communication, organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred:
- Experience with Insurance Absence Management or similar outsourced absence management systems, Oracle HCM, and UltiPro Payroll and timekeeping
