We are currently looking for a Full time Permanent date entry/Biller.

Shifts

Start time flexible from 3 or 5 pm to closing 22:00 to 23;00 pm

Position Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for entering bills into the system and creating trip manifests for drivers.
Accurate matching of bills
Scan pod on system and verifying drivers all pods are returned from drivers.
Regular clerical office duties
Verify making sure all delivery information is entered in system

Position Qualifications:

Must be vigilant and able to pay attention to details.
Able to work as a team
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Able to work with little supervision.
Bilingualism in French and English is required
Experience in the trucking industry is an asset but not mandatory.
