We're looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join our growing company and play a key role in our customer experience by ensuring each purchase ends in a smileShift: 4 days x 10hours (12:00 pm - 10:30 pm)
Support the Distribution Supervisor in providing day to day guidance, work direction to Warehouse Associates ensuring that deliveries are organized and loaded in a safe and efficient manner and that delivery teams are debriefed at the end of their shifts.
Assist in the collection, entry and communication of data in information such as KPI's, recognition program, etc...Understand all aspects of the picking, receiving and home delivery operations and provide assistance as required.
Provide support to the Delivery Teams during daily preps, deliveries, and complete manifest releasing.
Manage routing system and delivery runs, equipment sign out.
Conduct and reconcile distribution issues that impact inventory and ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Works on various project initiatives as required.
A college diploma in a related field.
~Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, and inventory (cycle counts, return to vendor process) is a definite asset.
~ Knowledgeable and understanding of provincial transportation and policies is an asset(ex. order mix-ups, non deliveries, manifest errors).
~ Ability to multi-task and work work on multiple projects or assignments as well asinteracting with Management, Associates, customers and vendors
~ Must be bilingual in French and English (Verbal and Written Communication)
