- Supporting other members of the construction management team (CMT) with the overall objective of safely and efficiently executing construction work.
- Coordinating activities between the CMT and contractor personnel with the use of computer based systems and mobile field devices.
- Supporting the CMT members by logging and tracking action items, keeping digital records and general admin support as required.
- Supporting the CMT members by liaising with engineering personnel
- Conducting weekly review of construction schedules that are submitted by contractors and coordinate feedback from discipline superintendents within the CMT.
- Work with the CMT and contractors to validate claimed schedule progress and raise any discrepancies to the Construction Manager for resolution.
- Track and calculate construction productivity.
