About the Role:

The Account Management team is at the heart of our mission to revolutionize wireless sensing.

This team plays a vital role in getting our module into the hands of our clients and empowering them to make life-saving decisions in critical industries.


As an
Account Coordinator, you will be one of the driving forces behind building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their utmost satisfaction while maximizing business operations.

In this highly cross-functional role, these are some of the tasks you'll take on:


  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, reports, and other documentation for clients
  • Streamline and optimize account management and operations workflows while eliminating bottlenecks
  • Support marketing initiatives related to key stakeholders


To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience or a new grad with co-op/internship experience ideally (but not mandatory) working with client management or communications.

You are excited about interacting with clients and have the strong written and verbal communication skills to support them.

You'll put your analysis skills to the test, so coming from a background working with data, code, or math (and enjoying it) is an asset.


Interview Process:


  • You'll meet with Kate who leads recruitment for an introductory chat to learn more about you and further align on what we're looking for in this position.
  • You'll meet with Katrina, the hiring manager of this role, for a further deep dive into your experience.
  • You'll meet with Muxin, the department head of this team, in person at our Toronto office.
