We are excited to be adding to our talented team in Edmonton We are currently seeking an
Service Coordinator - Account Manager.
The Position
You will be tasked with liaising between the technical teams and our commercial retail customers.
You will provide details of repair and installation orders to our technicians and will provide updates to our commercial customers to ensure that we have exceeded their expectations.
This will require you to shift your attention between administrative tasks to real-time job management.What You Bring to the Table
- previous service coordination, customer administration (account management) experience with key accounts
- exceptional work ethic - you're not a clock watcher
- ability to multi-task
- intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency
- you're known as a solid communicator
- customer oriented
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
